Congress dissolved the Goa unit Media and Communication wing after its chief Trajano D’Mello accused two of the party’s senior leaders of disloyalty.

D’Mello had held a press conference at Fatorda, last week, accusing Digambar Kamat of planning to join BJP, and Curtorim MLA Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco would not contest on Congress ticket next time.

The All India Congress Committee has taken the decision to disband the wing, which was conveyed to GPCC President Girish Chodankar.

D’Mello was upset after Digambar Kamat & Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco formed an alliance with Goa Forward Party for Margao Municipal Council election.
